Saca tu lista
En tu herramienta actual, busca la sección de clientes y una opción de exportar o descargar. Casi todas la tienen y casi todas dan un CSV.
Súbelo
En tu panel de Kustom, en Clientes, pulsa Importar y elige el fichero. Te decimos cuántas han entrado antes de que pase nada más.
Ya está
Aparecen en Clientes con su nombre y su correo, listas para que les escribas cuando TÚ quieras. Ni antes ni automáticamente.
Comes across
- Each client's name.
- Their email or their phone: either one is enough.
- The appointments you already have booked from now on, without notifying anyone.
Doesn't come across
- The history of past appointments.
- Past payments and invoices.
- Any photos and notes you had there.
We'll tell you now rather than later: that stays behind in your old tool. From the day you start, everything new does stay here.
Your clients get nothing
It's the worry that stops almost everyone, so here it is plainly: importing sends no email at all. Ni de bienvenida, ni de aviso, ni de nada. Aparecen en tu lista con 0 visitas y les escribirás tú, desde Campañas, cuando lo tengas decidido.
And it isn't a setting you can flip by accident: it's built that way on purpose, because hundreds of emails at once on day one is the surest way to end up in the spam folder forever.
What the file needs to have
Not much. And it doesn't need tidying up: we recognise the most common column names, in Spanish and in English.

Con punto y coma en vez de comas.
Los acentos, aunque vengan mal

One thing we're going to ask you
Before importing you'll have to confirm that this data belongs to your own clients and that you're allowed to handle it. It isn't box-ticking to cover ourselves: this is personal data about real people, and you're the one answerable for it.
It's logged with the date, in case anyone ever asks. If the list isn't yours — someone passed it to you, you bought it — don't upload it.
